14 Dec 2010 – Siti Hasmah Digital Library has received visit from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. The purpose of this visit is to do benchmarking about customer service practices at MMU Library. The visit consists of 38 participants and library visit has been scheduled after the briefing. During visit at the main library, they were divided into several groups according to their task and responsibility. Library management would like to say thanks for those who participate to ensure this visit is a success and as a lot of knowledge is shared during the visit, we hope that the participants will get something useful in return.
